ASU West

ASU West students are invited to know that there is a welcoming place for them in the local community. St. Helen Parish has graciously welcomed the Young Adult Ministry and provided a place for young adults to gather, grow in faith, and build community.

The ministry relaunched in August 2026 and welcomes young adults ages 18–28. More information is available at sthelenglendale.org/youngadults.

Current monthly opportunities include:

• First Thursday: Holy Hour, followed by coffee and conversation
• Third Saturday: Social gathering
• Last Monday: Discipleship night

Additional gatherings and events are hoped for during the next academic year.

St. Helen Parish also offers daily Mass at 7:30am, Monday through Saturday. Weekend Mass times are:

• Saturday Vigil: 4:30pm
• Sunday: 7:30am, 9:00am, and 11:00am

This can be a meaningful option for ASU West students who are looking for a Catholic community, opportunities for prayer and discipleship, and a place to meet other young adults.
