The Well Room
The Well is a space created to support the spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being of our ASU Catholic community—especially our students. It’s a flexible, welcoming place designed to serve many needs: a spot to pray, study, meet, or simply breathe. With resources for reflection, therapy, and group gatherings, The Well invites everyone to find rest and renewal in God’s presence.
1. For Our Students and Staff
Life at the university can be busy and demanding. Between classes, work, ministry, and personal challenges, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. The Well offers a peaceful space to step away, reset, and reconnect with God. Whether that means taking time to pray, journal, meditate, study Scripture, or simply rest—this space exists to help you care for your mental and spiritual health. We can’t fully serve others or our mission if we neglect our own wellness.
2. For Our ASU Catholic Community
The Well is also open to all registered parishioners and members of the All Saints Catholic Newman Center community. It’s a sacred, private space for prayer, conversation, and connection. Friends can gather for Bible study, roommates can talk and pray together, or individuals can enjoy a quiet moment alone. Families and couples are always welcome to use the space for prayer or reflection together.
3. For Counselors, Mentors, and Ministry Partners
The Well also serves as a supportive environment for counselors, therapists, spiritual directors, and ministry partners such as the Diocese Mental Health Ministries and Catholic Charities. Those offering spiritual direction or pastoral care through All Saints Catholic Newman Center or other Catholic organizations can use The Well for individual sessions, mental health training, or group workshops.
